PR Request Form-Programming

  • Please complete this form as soon as your program has been approved by your manager.  This will ensure that your PR materials are to you in a timely manner.

  • All program request forms should be submitted by the 1st of the month, the month before the program.

  • Your program will be added to the event page of the LCLS website if you have not done so already.

  • A full-page flyer, social media image, and TV slide will be created for you.

  • A copy of the images created for your program will be sent to you for review.

  • Finished PR materials will be available to you in the PR folder.
